Estimates

Budget surpluses are credited to you. If project scope does not change, final prices are almost always equal to or lower than estimates.

Turnaround

For Illustration, our standard turnaround time is normally 3 to 5 business days. When available, rush turnaround is 48 hours or less and carries a 25% premium.

Project Management

Bloom will provide you with an action plan that will layout all required content, and project timing.  Regular updates  are provided so that the project will stay on track with the project timeline.
